Dear Father, 

I'm doing many things

That I was once afraid of!

I'm moving on to bigger things,

That once I was afraid of!

I'm taking steps of faith to see

All that is awaiting me!

Fear once kept me on the ground

But faith has moved me higher!

My feet are off the ground!!!

Beloved child,

You're not afraid -

And love, indeed, your motive!

On to higher things to see -

All that is awaiting you,

By faith, child, you will see!!!

Dear Father,

To believe You -

Oh, how that pleases You!

If I can't figure something out

Yet believe it's true, 
Then that is faith, and You are pleased, 
So I'm believing You!

I find it in Your Word,

I stand upon it, speak it out,

"Sweet Victory" I shout!

I'm growing up in all You say,

Producing more fruit

Day by day!!!

You have the plan!

In our quest, in our seeking,

To see who will care -

Leads only to bitterness,

Crying, no fair!

Afraid to let go 

And afraid to go on -

Crying, Dear Jesus,

Please help me go on!

Letting go of the question -

Have I any worth?

To go on with You, Jesus -

Truly see what's my worth!

Man may not value

What You say is dear

But I've ears, Lord, that hear You,

I'm Yours and I'm dear!!!
