My plans don't always get played out,

Sometimes I flop,

I just fall out!

I'd like to do much better,

I need Your strength to go!

Go on ahead, in joy, with You,

Help me, Lord, to go!!!

For as you seek me heart and soul,

I give My plans to you!

My plans come with ability,

Animals I see I please,

They show forth their delight!

People are a different sort -

Some keep their pleasure out of sight!

I see within Your precious Word

You are pleased with me!

Jesus changed me, I am free,

I give faith, You're pleased with me!!!

Yes, beloved child of Mine!

Believing Me,

Is so divine!

I do not want you wondering,

On my love for you

I Bloom Because I'm Treasured ...

I went out to my garden

And there I saw a rose;

Blooming, oh, so beautiful,

A tender, bright red rose!

I've kept the weeds and vines away,

I do not want it choked,

I whisper, "Bloom, you're beautiful!"

With patient love I stroke!

And then I heard, within my heart,

There, where Love does live,

You bloom, child, too, 

Because you know 

The treasure that you are!

Oh, Father,

I am very sure -

Your Word does promise I am loved,

Your Word is true and pure!

I bloom because I understand

The treasure that I am!!!

The beauty that they give -

They endure such hardships,

I see, they want to live!

And once the golden leaves appear,

Bursting like a smile,

The sunflower will dance and sway ...

"I made it!"

Enjoying so our garden,

Walking, talking here with Me,

My dog just killed a bird,

Not for any reason,

She just killed a bird!

I give her food and water,

She has the best of life

But she just killed a little bird,
