They're scattered all about!

I wonder - what's the meaning,

Why scattered all about?

Beloved child, 
Word lesson -
Welcome means "expecting"
Believing Me - 
"Expecting!"
 You're welcoming The Blessing,
Receiving, child, 
The Blessing!!!
