You Helped Me With My Chores ...

Dear Father, 

Have I no chores to do today?

I'm looking but I do not see,

Any chores to do today!

The rain has helped me with the flowers,

All the yard is soaking wet,

The garden's good for hours!

You had me talking with a friend,

And as we sought Your wisdom,

As we praised Your name,

You took care of all my chores -

You sent needful rain!!!

Beloved child,

Insightful,

You recognize so true -

Indeed, I sent the rain to you!
