I sought out, Lord,

To walk with You,

To hear You,

And to talk with You!

I heard that Jesus cleared the path,

My sin all gone,

So I took off -

I believed,

I did not scoff!

I ran so boldly to Your Throne,

Sweet Throne of Grace,

I found my home!

I only needed faith to hear,

Grace has freed me

From all fear!

Now I ever walk with You,

I ever, 

Ever talk with You!

I hear You in my spirit true,

My greatest joy,

To walk with You!!!
