My dear beloved, child,
Don't stay indoors and hide away;
This day belongs to Me!
Don't hesitate to shine so bright
For you belong to Me!
Don't let the darkness push you 'round;
The Truth is where
My child is found!
Stand on My promise, raise your shield,
Speak forth My Goodness-
"Blessed!" your field!
When fear comes knocking at your door-
Stand in Holy Spirit's boldness,
Declare, proclaim, enjoy-
My Goodness!!!

ReplyDeleteFor years now we have just done thankful things on this day! Related to fall and enjoying God's Goodness and gathering of children to be joyful! We have some outside games and snacks ... Jesse likes to offer his baseball throw and Jake likes to manage the ring toss game. It is a time of fun and giving for them... to see kids they don't see that often.
We enjoy it too! Kids of all ages are so fun! I get more hugs and I love hugs! Wish I was with you all too and I had my own grandkids and big kids, you girls, with me!!! Soon! ;)
I hope we are able to talk today... miss you bunches!
