What is it that I have, Lord?
Help me see what's true,
Help me understand and see
What's from You-
For me!
I've gathered up all I could find-
Abundance, truly,
Is my find!
And there is more I couldn't reach
But as I grow
Indeed, I'll reach!
I'm having joy in gathering
Though some may think I'm nuts!
But I'm believing anyway-
For You, Lord, I am nuts!!!
Dear beloved,
Precious child,
I'm helping you to gather!
I enjoy what we do,
Indeed, I help you gather!
To some out there you do look strange
But I delight that you are free-
You're looking more and more
Like Me!
Dear Father's child-
You be!!!

Trinity was over at our house and she was helping Grandpa Doc gather pecans... the Lord lead me to take her picture like this and now I know why!!! What joy!!! What we do with the Lord should be so exciting it keeps us beaming!!! "With the Lord" is the key to that! Not for the Lord only :)

ReplyDeleteAmplified version I felt lead to look that up in other Bible versions... I read it in all the English Versions .... Wow!!!
The last time I was at Walmart I was telling someone I hadn't seen in years, about the Good News... and about how Good God is and how excited I am etc... she looked at me like I was nuts and quickly got away! That is a look I see a lot when I express joy, love and thankfulness for all Jesus got for us! So thankful I have a bunch of "nuts for Jesus!' family and friends to be excited with!
